Cancellation Policy

Terms & Conditions This Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of the date of client booking ("Effective Date") by and between pmiscmedia ("Photographer"), located in Georgia, and the person or entity booking the photography services ("Client"). 1. Services, Booking & Payment Photographer agrees to perform photography services as described in the booking confirmation. Client must pay a non-refundable deposit of [100%] to secure the session date. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Cancellation by Client requires written notice at least 48 business hours before the scheduled session. In this case, the deposit is forfeited but may be applied toward a rescheduled date. If Photographer is unable to provide services, Client may choose a full refund of deposited fees or reschedule at no additional cost. 3. Delivery of Images Photographer will deliver edited images via an online gallery within 8 weeks of the session date. Delivery time may vary depending on workload and complexity. 4. Copyright, Usage & Licensing Photographer retains full copyright to all images created under this Agreement. Client is granted a non-exclusive, personal-use license to view, print, and share images (with attribution if published online). Any commercial or promotional usage requires separate written permission and licensing. 5. Model Release By entering into this Agreement, Client grants Photographer permission to use any images from the session for promotional, editorial, or portfolio purposes, unless explicitly restricted in writing. 6. Client Responsibilities Client must ensure access to the agreed-upon location, obtain any necessary permissions, and arrive on time and prepared for the session. 7. Liability & Indemnification Photographer will use reasonable care in creating and delivering images. However, Photographer is not liable for damages arising from events beyond their control (e.g., weather, technical failures, venue restrictions). Client agrees to indemnify Photographer against claims resulting from Client’s actions or failures to comply with this Agreement. 8. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any legal action arising under this Agreement must be brought in a court located in Alpharetta, Georgia. 9. Privacy Photographer will treat Client’s personal information and images in accordance with applicable privacy laws and use them solely for purposes related to providing services.
